Am I the only one who thought Pam working on a massive piece of machinery was super hot?
themightybee: (office - beesly and martin)
I need to see this immediately:

Despite losing out to "30 Rock" for best television comedy, "The Office" cutie Jenna Fischer and her castmates Oscar Nunez and Angela Kinsey brought the laughs with a poolside coordinated dance to Justin Timberlake's "SexyBack."

themightybee: (The Office - The Squeeing Pam)
On October 19th Ed Helms left a message on my voice mail. Later that month I made Angela Kinsey LOL and won prizes for doing so.

Tonight? My name showed up in Jenna Fischer's blog.

She blogged a few weeks back, asking for fan questions. I submitted one and she totally answered it!

How does it feel having Pam away from Dunder Mifflin? Are there any in-office moments you wish she had been around for? - Sarah Bee from Rhode Island

I HATED being away! I whined about it all the time. John was really nice. He could relate because he had to do those episodes in Stamford during Season 3. He listened to me go on and on about how I missed everyone. I'm so happy Pam is back!

I am mostly bummed I didn't get to work more with Amy Ryan. She is such a talented and sweet woman. I wish I was there the day she and Steve did their "Let's Get Ethical" routine.

*pees a little*

I'm so glad she mentioned Amy Ryan. I would have loved to have seen quality Pam and Holly time. I think they could have been allies in the Dunder Mifflin War on Crazy.

Apparently, we all get our Google alerts at the same time, lol.

Jenna has a "super cute" BF!

So much good news for my celebs lately. I'm feeling all verklempt. ♥

ETA - Here he is!

Damn, my tv girlfriend's got good taste in men.
themightybee: (The Office - Angela/Jenna BFF)
If the world is looking for a way to improve my day, they could make sure Jenna and Angela are both on the Emmy shortlist for "Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy."

how i met your mother )

Also, this little piece of information from Jenna's newest blog kills me a little:

Creed is such a great guy...he plays guitar on set and even wrote a lullaby with Ed Helms for Angela's baby...I think you will see that pop up soon on the Adventures with Angela site at

Damn it. I want a lullaby written by Creed and Ed. Baby Kinsey is the luckiest damn kid EVERRR.

Tonight. Tonight
Won't be just any night.
Tonight there will be no morning star.
Tonight. Tonight.
I'll see my love tonight
And for us, stars will stop where they are.

Or, you know, this...

Happy Lemon/Beesly Thursday!

The current MySpace status of one Ms. Jenna Fischer:

Is back at The Office enjoying her first day of work!

Andy, You're a Star - an Andy Bernard mix I posted the other day at [ profile] threehole_punch. Even if you're not into Andy/The Office, you should check it out because the stories (vignettes, maybe?) that go along with the songs are the closest I will ever get to writing fanfic.

I am ridiculously happy with the results of last night's SAG Awards. Another win for Tina! And she actually got to give a speech this time! I ♥ my nerdy little hat rack. I'm also really glad The Office won for best comedy ensemble. As much as I love 30 Rock, they excel in individual performances, whereas the cast of The Office is a well-oiled, unstoppable machine of chemistry (no matter how lackluster this season's been).

Also, this:

(btw, that cap is from the photobooth video here.)

Also, randomly, I kind of really fucking miss How I Met Your Mother.
themightybee: (Jenna - Siren)

Jenna Fischer is my hot hot sex.

Tina Fey is Tinker Bell!

Andy Cooper is just plain fucking awesome:

For the last two nights we have reported on actor Heath Ledger. His shocking death is clearly a story a lot of people are interested in, but tonight we will not be reporting more on it. The truth is there is not really anything new to report.

The full results of the various tests done on Mr. Ledger will not be ready for perhaps a few weeks and there is very little new information. I have no doubt other networks will spend a lot of time tonight discussing his death and the various rumors about what might have caused it, but I am not a fan of speculation, so unless there is something really new to discuss we probably won’t be covering it anymore anytime soon.

Yesterday was a special day. Happy anniversary, Beesley! Thank you for not dropping your transmission or leaking your coolant everywhere like a certain other car I once knew. Your all-wheel drive capabilities were quite helpful this morning while I drove to work IN THE SNOW.

I hate snow, FYI.

You know what I don't hate? All of the following things:
  • Jenna Fischer looking like a fucking rock star. Fancy New Beesly indeed!

  • Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segal singing "Confrontation" from Les Mis. I know this is old news to most HIMYM fans, but I have a habit of discovering things three years after everyone else.

  • Life. You guys, this show is sooo good. Damian Lewis is as good an actor as he is pretty. His face is art. (How did I not remember him from Band of Brothers?) Also...Adam Arkin!

  • Hot chocolate. Do I really need to explain this one?

  • Elf-Yourself icons! *points to scroogey-looking Jim elf*

  • Tonight's the last episode of Heroes until...who knows. I'm so sad, you guys! :(
themightybee: (The Office - Angela/Jenna BFF)
Angela and Jenna are, without a doubt, the most adorable BFFs in the history of the world. Angela posted a blog and talked about her pregnancy, and this part almost made me flail out of my chair:

Oh and I asked Jenna to go to prenatal yoga with me so don't get the wrong idea. She is just being a supportive friend. And between her bad back and my belly, it is the perfect workout!

ETA - This article from Forbes, re: the writers' strike, is upping my mood as well.
themightybee: (JKras - Loves Jenna's Bow)
Now that I've proclaimed my love for Jenna, John and their respective bows, here's a general Emmy picspam. If you're not a fan of The Office, The Daily Show or The Colbert Report, then you probably won't care about this post.

I am so bedazzling my WristStrong bracelet.

Emmys 2007 - The Good, The Funny and The OMG BJ Novak's Drunk Again! )
    themightybee: (Default)
I know there are people who didn't like the bow on Jenna's dress and thought J.Kras looked like a little boy in his tux. I wonder how they'd feel about the two outfits converging into one...

    Bow swap ftw!

Personally, I thought they both looked great. I'm usually not a fan of the tux; bow ties irk me in a way I could never explain. I thought John looked amazing, though. He's so long...and lean...and...and - *gets explodey* As for Jenna, she could show up in recycled plastic bags and sod and it would only, somehow, make my crush grow.

ETA - In case you happen to not belong to the eleventy billion communities I x-posted to, I made some Emmy icons here.
    themightybee: (Default)
I'm giving my Emmy predictions now because I'm bored and my hair is marinating in hair dye. I'm only focusing on the comedy categories because I only watch one drama, and for some reason, the one person I wanted to be nominated, Jack Motherfucking Coleman, was overlooked by sentimental favorite, Masi Oka. (Whyyy, Academy of Television Arts and Sciences? Whyyyyyyyyyyy?!) This is where my cynicism kicks in. I'm completely expecting NONE of my favorites to win. TWoP is pretty much expecting the same.

Here are the people i want to win. These are probably the people who won't win.

    And the winner is...WHO?! )

Also, I'm not sure if I want Stephen Colbert to win Outstanding Individual Performance in a Variety or Music Program, or if I'd rather see Tony Bennett win it and have Stephen experience faux rage for a full week. Either would be pretty sweet.
themightybee: (Blake - The Robotic Dolphin Shibby)
Comment on this post. I will choose 6 interests from your profile and you will explain what each of them means (and why you're interested in them).

Usually, I wouldn't bother with an lj-cut, but I was given the impression that I was to include photos upon photos upon photos.

expatiates wants to know about: adrian pasdar, blake lewis, enviga, lonesome trio, key west, jenna fischer )
themightybee: (The Office - The Squeeing Pam)
    From Jenna's blog:
Man…I am so excited. I just can't tell you what this means to me. Not because it is an award or something like that. But because it feels like it is for our gal Pam. She's a shy girl who doesn't get recognized very often you know. It's like…that shot from the episode with the Art Show where Pam is standing in front of her display waiting for the first visitor to come by…that just sums it all up for me. So, I guess I feel it in that part of me that is Pam. The part that still gets excited to show my art and hopes people are responding to it. It's like…Hey, people showed up to my art show!

    OMG. That last sentence! *sobsobsob*

I already know I'm going to be really upset if she doesn't win. All of you Harry Potter fans threatening Livejournal Land with Avada Kedavra spells are going to have nothing on me, lol.
    themightybee: (The Office - YEEEEEAH!)

I am seriously all verklempt right now. Fancy New Beesly FTW, you guys!
