I'm so glad she mentioned Amy Ryan. I would have loved to have seen quality Pam and Holly time. I think they could have been allies in the Dunder Mifflin War on Crazy.

I HATED being away! I whined about it all the time. John was really nice. He could relate because he had to do those episodes in Stamford during Season 3. He listened to me go on and on about how I missed everyone. I'm so happy Pam is back!
I am mostly bummed I didn't get to work more with Amy Ryan. She is such a talented and sweet woman. I wish I was there the day she and Steve did their "Let's Get Ethical" routine.

threehole_punch. Even if you're not into Andy/The Office, you should check it out because the stories (vignettes, maybe?) that go along with the songs are the closest I will ever get to writing fanfic. RIT-DIT-DIT-DIT-DOO.
I am ridiculously happy with the results of last night's SAG Awards. Another win for Tina! And she actually got to give a speech this time! I ♥ my nerdy little hat rack. I'm also really glad The Office won for best comedy ensemble. As much as I love 30 Rock, they excel in individual performances, whereas the cast of The Office is a well-oiled, unstoppable machine of chemistry (no matter how lackluster this season's been).

For the last two nights we have reported on actor Heath Ledger. His shocking death is clearly a story a lot of people are interested in, but tonight we will not be reporting more on it. The truth is there is not really anything new to report.
The full results of the various tests done on Mr. Ledger will not be ready for perhaps a few weeks and there is very little new information. I have no doubt other networks will spend a lot of time tonight discussing his death and the various rumors about what might have caused it, but I am not a fan of speculation, so unless there is something really new to discuss we probably won’t be covering it anymore anytime soon.
Yesterday was a special day. Happy anniversary, Beesley! Thank you for not dropping your transmission or leaking your coolant everywhere like a certain other car I once knew. Your all-wheel drive capabilities were quite helpful this morning while I drove to work IN THE SNOW.

Personally, I thought they both looked great. I'm usually not a fan of the tux; bow ties irk me in a way I could never explain. I thought John looked amazing, though. He's so long...and lean...and...and - *gets explodey* As for Jenna, she could show up in recycled plastic bags and sod and it would only, somehow, make my crush grow.

I'm only focusing on the comedy categories because I only watch one drama, and for some reason, the one person I wanted to be nominated, Jack Motherfucking Coleman, was overlooked by sentimental favorite, Masi Oka. (Whyyy, Academy of Television Arts and Sciences? Whyyyyyyyyyyy?!) This is where my cynicism kicks in. I'm completely expecting NONE of my favorites to win. TWoP is pretty much expecting the same.
Here are the people i want to win. These are probably the people who won't win.

Also, I'm not sure if I want Stephen Colbert to win Outstanding Individual Performance in a Variety or Music Program, or if I'd rather see Tony Bennett win it and have Stephen experience faux rage for a full week. Either would be pretty sweet.

Man…I am so excited. I just can't tell you what this means to me. Not because it is an award or something like that. But because it feels like it is for our gal Pam. She's a shy girl who doesn't get recognized very often you know. It's like…that shot from the episode with the Art Show where Pam is standing in front of her display waiting for the first visitor to come by…that just sums it all up for me. So, I guess I feel it in that part of me that is Pam. The part that still gets excited to show my art and hopes people are responding to it. It's like…Hey, people showed up to my art show!
