My sister loves it! And her 4- and 5-year old girls used it once and thought it was hysterical to watch (but weird to do themselves).

I am going to get one myself (I inherited the uber-nasty allergies in my family; I think my sis was just trying it out when she had some congestion due to cold). I've wanted to try it ever since I saw the clip of Dr. Oz showing Oprah how to do it. And Dr. Oz does not lie.

I use the Grossman Hydro Pulse Pro thingie, it's like a waterpik version of that. More expensive, but worth it cos it requires a LOT less clean up. And it's made me not get as sick, as often, for as long. Woo.
