i don't know what the future holds, but...i'm optimistic.

So tonight's the last episode of The Office for an indefinite amount of time and I have to admit that it is completely killing me. I've grown to love each and every character, and it's upsetting that I don't know when I'm going to see them again. My hope is that, when the show returns, it returns with the members of the WGA receiving the new media residuals they deserve. Until then I'll sit here, pathetic and heartbroken, watching this video on repeat and crying like a little bitch.

See, I've really loved this season, despite the boredom I felt during the Jim/Pam Honeymoon Era. Even "Money", which I initially hated, grew on me. I'm going to miss the crap out of this show.

The funny thing is, the Jim/Pam relationship has been one of the things I've been happiest with thus far. Mostly everything else to me has just been... I don't know. Over the top? It's just been progressing more and more downhill to me, culminating in last week's episode, where they made Jim pretty OOC in order to force a point on us, and Michael in the woods was just... not funny. So I'm not too torn up about the show going off the air because, honestly, I've been missing it for quite a while by now.
