You are SO NOT losing your mind because I thought the exact same thing when I saw that photo! Man, what a crazy wrench that could throw into the Dwangela/A-squared triangle thing. If they ever get to writing it.

OMG! It definitely looks like she's pregnant. I've seen people saying that before but I never really saw it till that pic. A baby would certainly be interesting. But if Angela's pregnant in real life and they were fitting that plotline around her own pregnancy, then the timing will be all screwed up because of the strike, and Angela will probably go on maternity leave next season if she really is pregnant in real life. But a Dwangela baby would make me the happiest person ever, because seriously, I am so jealous of Angela and her naughty necking with Andy, so I really want her to get back with Dwight and leave Andy for me.

Love the nerd nasty Ed, btw, but you probably already knew that. ;)
