As much as I'm going to miss my shows when they're out of new episodes, I'm really proud of them for standing by their writers. That Greg Daniels immediately shut down production for The Office, one of NBC Universal's greatest sources of revenue, is fantastic. Word on the street is that cast and crew are picketing on the set.

I *so* hope that isn't true about Tim Kring... Damn. I mean, the show is a bit slow so far this season, but yeesh! It usually sucks when a creator or major character leaves the show (ie, Spielberg & Roy Scheider both leaving seaQuest DSV) so if this is true, it really worries me about the future for "Heroes"...

I can't find the article right now, but Kring himself has come out and said it's a false rumor.
