Dude, don't even worry about it. I took the day off work tomorrow to go vote, then phone bank, then see Craig, then come home and panic over election results. I will be a nervous wreck THE WHOLE TIME. I'm panicking over two things, mostly:
1. The propositions in my state, specifically Prop 8, or the OMG ANTI-GHEY prop. If this shit passes, I will punch infants. I am panicking that voters are stupid enough to outlaw gay marriage - and the very thought of people's marriages just being - poof - gone? Frightens and hurts my soul.
2. I'm not so much scared that Obama won't win fair and square - I'm scared that he won't win because of dirty Republican tricks (see:2000 election). I am PETRIFIED that McFail is going to do everything he can to get a recount or something similarly retardified. I just don't want to have another four years of Bush, which is, not to sound cliche, what we'll get with McFail.
So, in short, don't feel like a tool. I will be a nervous WRECK tomorrow. HOWEVER - feel free to call me or text if you want to be nervous together - 440.724.4189. :) THAT GOES FOR ANY DEMOCRATIC LJ-ERS ON SARAH'S F-LIST. I am all for solidarity in the face of panic.
