Does watching streamed video of a show on a network's website count towards its ratings? I'm not sure, but, just in case, I've taken ratings juggernaut Ugly Betty off the DVR and replaced it with 30 Rock, which was literally LAST in ratings last season. I'm just helping the cause, people. Ugly Betty can be watched online, which is what I'll be doing whether it counts for something or not.

Here's what I'm hoping for tonight's episode of The Office. SPOILERY FOR FUTURE EPISODES! PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
Jim & Pam - You know how it's common practice for kids to work on their hardest assignment first because, once it's done, everything else seems easy breezy? That's kind of how I feel about Jim & Pam. (I won't refer to them as PB&J and you can't make me!) I'm psyched that they're happy and dating and Pam is radiant and wearing outfits that I want to buy for myself even though I'd have no use for them. Now that they're dating though, I want to put them off to the side on focus back on the funny. I think that's what "Fun Run" intended to do anyway; establish where Jim and Pam are at so we could move back to a more ensemble feel.
I do admit, however, that I'm excited for Jim & Pam to visit the Schrute Farm Bed & Breakfast in "Money".
Just Jim - I still think Jim got off easy after breaking up Karen and, like, immediately running back to Pam. I know Karen's going to be in "Launch Party" (she transfered to Utica, y'all!) and I'm hoping she'll get to give Jim one more knee to the balls before her storyline is kaput. I'd also like insight into what he wants from life other than being with Pam.
Just Pam - I think I just want to go shopping with her. Is that too much to ask? I love you, Pam, and your unicorn necklace too! Also, for the record, I love how assertive she's become. I always kind of felt bad when she'd coddle Michael. That's Jan's job now, lol.
Okay, so the last two kind of go beyond the next episode. Sorry!
Michael/Ryan - These two aren't my default icon for nothing. I miss the Boss/Bimbo OTP so hard, you guys. I'm excited for Ryan's return, if only to see the full version of the promo clip.
Ryan (to office): You need to treat me the same way you treated Jan.
Michael: Oh, I don't swing that way. Wooo!
Ryan/Kelly - I want Kelly to make a remark about Ryan's pubes getting lost on his face then I want her to slap him and go make out with Andy. Which brings me to...
Andy - I want him to get off the Ritalin or whatever the fuck it was that made him so damn CALM last week. Maybe it was the tan blazer. I know I feel dull and boring when wearing tan. And if Andy doesn't get all up in the Kelly Kapoor Story Hour, then I want him to be the wedge that is driven between Angela and Dwight because the hilarity would be astronomical.
Angela/Dwight - I think that they're going to be more in focus during this season, and I love that because they're my favorite Office couple, and even if there's a dramatic love triangle, it will be funny and made of win and there won't be any character assassination (like poor Karen).
Man, that was a mouthful. (twss!)

I totally agree about your thoughts on Kelly, belittle Ryan, then go make out with sexy hot Andy.
And Michael/Ryan, I can't wait to see what will go on with them tonight! Hopefully some of that sexual harassment from Michael that I miss so much. It'll be interesting to see Ryan being forceful with Michael now that he's his boss. Anyway, looking forward to the Michael/Ryan action! And in the promo didn't Michael excitedly say, "Oh I'll swing that way! Wooo!" I hope he did, because I was squeeing like crazy after he said it.
I am so torn about whether to watch Ugly Betty tonight or 30 Rock. ABC's online episodes are better quality than NBC's, but I just saw a preview clip of Ugly Betty that had a cute little scene between Daniel and Betty in the hospital and a hilarious scene between Marc and Justin, so I HAVE to watch that. But I've been waiting forever for the premiere of 30 Rock. *sigh* I really need a DVR!
