According to this post at iconrants, people should be on the lookout for 1_steal_icons. This user is one of the maintainers of 0_i_t_y_t_0, an icon stealing community, and they're apparently on a friending frenzy right now.

You can ban 1_steal_icons from your journal by going to the LJ admin console and entering the following:

ban_set 1_steal_icons

You can also ban them from your icon community using:

ban_set 1_steal_icons from COMMUNITYNAME
