Oh, it is delicious. I cut a wheat pita in half, melt mozzarella on one half and spread garlic hummus on the other. If I'm feeling particularly ravished, I'll dip it in tomato soup. It is, as Kelly would say, amaaaaaazing!

And I always think I'm going crazy. :)
