In an attempt at trying a substitute for eggs, my cupcakes became cupcake bowls. The website I read said that when a recipe calls for 2 or 3 eggs, they're most likely to be used as leavening agents.
Well, not this recipe, LOL.
They still taste fine, they're just a tad caved in.
